Lounges
The official lounge directory distinguishes public and security-area lounges and lets you filter by terminal. Confirm your lounge’s access conditions, opening hours and location before paying or relying on entry.
A lounge in another security zone may not be accessible with your route or boarding pass. Check the operator’s terms for guests and children as well as any airline or membership eligibility.
Useful facilities
- Food and shopping: check the terminal and whether the location is before or after security.
- Baggage storage and service points: use the official facility listing for location, hours and any charges.
- Family facilities: locate play areas and suitable facilities near your route before heading to a different concourse.
- Accessibility: arrange any required assistance through your airline and consult the airport’s special-needs information.
Browse the official facilities and services directory. Individual opening hours and conditions are not reproduced here.
Public area or security area?
The public area is the part you can reach before security. Security-area services require the appropriate access; some routes also involve border control. A service appearing close on a map does not necessarily mean you can walk directly to it.
Use the official airport map to check the area and route. Keep enough time to reach your gate. Our terminal guide and departure checklist can help you plan the sequence.
